Jill’s passion project finds her as the host of the Hey Docs! podcast, a project born from her vision to provide valuable resources to orthodontists. Over the past year, she has grown the podcast into one of the top 100 business podcasts on Apple Podcasts, with over 2,000 monthly listeners tuning in for her expert advice. Additionally, Jill is a highly sought-after international speaker helping to shape the future of orthodontics in every lecture.
Jill has also been recognized for her contributions to the community and industry with multiple awards, including the prestigious Presidential Volunteer Service Award in both 2003 and 2006. Her commitment to charitable work spans both local and global initiatives, from medical mission trips to serving in various volunteer programs. She is also a supporter of 180 ministries and a member of Red Rocks Church.

Outside of consulting, Rachel continuously challenges herself in bodybuilding competitions, pushing her limits both personally and professionally. A true believer in the power of mindset, she helps others recognize and apply their strengths in their daily tasks.

Gina brings a wealth of experience in the orthodontic field, having held almost every position within the ortho office—ranging from clinical care to treatment coordination.
Beyond the office, Gina is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers regularly, serving as the secretary of FLMW, organizing fundraisers for local baseball teams, working tables at wrestling tournaments, and volunteering at her church. With her diverse skill set and passion for helping others, Gina is a trusted and valuable member of the team.
Gina’s Fun Facts:
Gina is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, once worked as a wrangler at a dude ranch, and if you ever need help at a billiards table, she’s your go-to-girl.
Annie has worn many hats in the orthodontic world—financials, scheduling coordination, treatment coordination, and office management—each one adding to her knack for keeping things running smoothly. But it was her early years in the food industry that sharpened her customer service skills, making her a pro at handling just about anything with a smile.
Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a drive for continuous learning, Annie is always expanding her expertise in business management. Whether navigating complex administrative tasks or fine-tuning office operations, she brings a strategic mindset and infectious energy to every challenge.
When she’s not streamlining workflows, Annie is busy rescuing dogs and hosting donation-based parties to support local shelters. She’s got a love for music, dancing, and bringing high energy to everything she does—both in and out of the office. And in 2022, she hit a major milestone, purchasing her first home, proving that hard work and determination always pay off.

Tracey is an orthodontic powerhouse with a passion for teaching team members. She thrives on smooth, implementable protocols and growth strategies.
Having started her ortho career at the front desk, Tracey’s journey saw her rise to become the Director of Operations at a multi-location, multi-doctor, $10 million/year practice. She’s written countless protocols and department manuals that are still in use today and loves fostering a high-energy, positive environment for both staff and patients.
We can always count on Tracey for a quippy response and an email filled with emojis and watching old-school shows. She is a homebody and loves her family.

Rae has dedicated her career to helping others, both professionally and personally. From the front desk to treatment coordinating, Rae found her true passion in consulting.
She loves guiding teams to success with her hands-on experience and compassionate coaching approach. Her dedication to giving back extends beyond work, as she regularly volunteers at Judi’s House, supporting grieving children, and hands out winter essentials to the homeless. Outside of work, Rae enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and children.

And before that, she honed her passion for teaching as a special education instructor, a skill she now brings to practice management consulting. She’s all about helping teams uncover their strengths, refine their skills, and thrive in their roles.
Joy believes learning isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about finding the right approach for each person. She loves spotting hidden talents and turning them into powerhouse skills that elevate the entire practice.
When she’s not coaching teams to greatness, you’ll find her camping, soaking up the sun, or spending time with her husband. She’s also a dedicated volunteer at her church, where she’s known for organizing creative events and community outreach. And come fall, she transforms into a canning queen, stocking up on homemade jellies, salsas, and her legendary Jalapeño Cowboy Candy.

Though she lives far from her loved ones, FaceTime keeps her close—She often calls her niece and nephew, even if her little nephew jokes that he's tired of hearing from her! Jessi is the creative force behind Jill Allen & Associates' marketing strategies and brand identity, blending storytelling, design, and strategy into a seamless, compelling vision.
Starting her career at the front desk in an orthodontic practice, she quickly realized her passion for storytelling, design, and strategy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of Colorado Denver, Jessi has a knack for blending creativity with precision. Whether it’s crafting a brand’s visual identity, designing jaw-dropping slide decks, or mapping out marketing strategies, Jessi brings originality and energy to every project. Currently pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in marketing, she’s always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, all while keeping the brand fresh and bold.

As the marketing assistant at JA&A, Cam assists with social media tasks and contributes her creative energy to support the team’s marketing efforts.
To hone her creative and strategic skills she is also pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Utah Valley University. Outside of work and school, Cam is a talented musician with five songs on all streaming platforms. She’s also dedicated to service, volunteering in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints temples for the past two years. When not working or studying, you can find her reading, playing guitar, or spending time with her cat, Mabel.

Doug has been faithfully and diligently operating behind the scenes of the JA&A team since day one. After retiring from a long and lustrous career in law enforcement, Doug joined the JA&A team full-time as the Director of Human Resources. Doug is Jill's partner in life and crime, mentor, advisor, cheerleader, sounding board, counselor, assistant, and B.F.F.
When off the clock, you'll be able to find him fully engaged in one of his many hobbies, like motorcycle riding, hiking, working on home improvement projects, or even playing one of his guitars. Most of all, though, his all-time top-of-the-list hobby is having a date day with Jill, where they often contemplate the world's mysteries, the joys of parenting, the luxuries of grandparenting, and yes, even the JA&A way.
